Our Emotions Activity Kit comes with Our Emotions Treehouse Tokens and Emotions Activity Pack.

It’s important to start talking about emotions with children from a young age. Naming feelings is the first step in helping children learn to identify and understand them. It allows your child to develop an emotional vocabulary so they can talk about their feelings and begin to recognise how others are feeling. Building a good understanding of emotions when you're young helps you relate to others and manage your own mental health later on. Talking openly with children about how they feel and why, enables them to start recognising and understanding different emotions.
This pack has lots of different ideas for the whole family to get involved in recognising and expressing emotions and things we can do when we maybe feel Angry or sad.

Emotion Tokens:
Meet Elliot. Elliot likes to talk about his emotions. Can you use the story tokens to see how Elliot is feeling? Discuss each emotion and why he may be feeling like that.
